I'll provide an update with your suggestion very soon. How to sync subtitles in VLC Media Player on Mac? This is so great to read how SubShifter helps you. That would save the hassle of scrolling all the way down to the last dialogue. The only feature improvement would be the ability to manually type in the line number, especially at the end of film, prior to syncing. Thanks so much for this app! I will let my deaf and hearing friends know about this great 64-bit alternative to SubFix. I am so happy that SubShifter is so similar to SubFix and more! I am able to sync the subtitles at two points without fuss. I came across this SubShifter app and gave it a try. I considered buying an older secondhand MacBook with High Sierra just for the SubFix app. I tried many different alternatives, and many of them were so bad, complicated, or useless. Unfortunately, the developer seemed to have disappeared and hadn’t updated SubFix to 64-bit version as required for running in Mojave/Catalina environment. I use the SubFix app for years and love its simplicity.
